New update... version 0.3.

New features include:
-Failing Variable system
-Speech Synthesis
-Basic Arithmetic
-Increased Language Recognition

I am also trying to write a user guide, aswell as create some sample scripts for people to read.

I wish I had more to show, but I'm learning C++ atm and doing a lot of work on Broken Loyalties (I may reveal soon)
